All questions must be answered. A non-refundable permit fee must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office/Finance Department for each permit when issued.
Any person, corporation, partnership, association, or other entity already paying for a permit to the City of Sherwood shall be exempt from the additional permit fee.
No member or representative of a non-profit organization shall be required to pay any fee for a solicitor's permit. Adequate documentation must be submitted with this application to identify your organization as a non-profit group.
Permits are valid until the end of the calendar year or until the permit is suspended or revoked.
Failure to provide information could result in the denial of the solicitor's permit.
No solicitation or door knocking shall occur before daybreak or within 30 minutes of sundown.
Upon approval of application, the requesting party shall pay the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each solicitor pursuant to Sherwood Ordinance 1598 schedule of license fees.

The City of Sherwood maintains a Do Not Knock List for Sherwood Citizens. Failure to abide by the Do Not Knock List could result in a fine, revoked license, or both. This list is updated frequently, and it is the responsibility of the solicitor to keep their Do Not Knock List updated.
