Sherwood Fest 2023

Sherwood Fest - The City of Sherwood's Biggest Event of the Year! 
  

Sherwood Fest is a family-oriented event that combines crafts, kid's activities, and family entertainment. This year will make the 46th year the city has provided this free-admission event for the community. The festival will take place Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sherwood Sports Complex at the end of Bear Paw Road. The event is funded by the Sherwood Advertising & Promotions Commission and managed by the Sherwood Parks & Recreation Department.

Want to Provide Entertainment? 

We are looking for local talent to provide entertainment for Sherwood Fest. If you are a local dancer, singer, magician, etc., please use this ENTERTAINMENT APPLICATION to apply for an entertainment slot at Sherwood Fest.

Concessions / Vendors / Kids Zone Booths

All vendors are welcome - arts & crafts, food, civic organizations, commercial businesses, churches - anyone who has an interest in the public. Vendors must support the festival's goal to be family-friendly and will be subject to approval by the festival committee. Click here to submit a vendor application.

Electricity:
• 110V - $10 (per plug)
• 220V - $25
• If providing own generator, the vendor will be put on outskirts of the festival due to noise.
• Limited electricity is available. Priority will be given to festival essentials, such as rides, sound, and concession vendors. Regular vendors may reserve electricity on a first-come, first-served basis.
